Public Development Concern Center (PDCC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities in Nepal through education, skill development, and social upliftment initiatives. PDCC implements impactful programs such as the Community Learning and Support Program, providing educational support to underprivileged children and addressing learning gaps. The organization emphasizes holistic development, offering after-school remedial sessions, extracurricular activities, scholarships, and workshops on child rights and health awareness. PDCC is committed to creating sustainable change, enhancing access to education, and improving the quality of life in underserved communities. Target beneficiaries include marginalized and underprivileged children aged 3 to 15, with a focus on their educational and holistic development.

PDCC uplifts marginalized communities through education, digital literacy, and vocational training. The organization operates community learning centers providing after-school support, arts, and extracurricular activities for children in slum areas. PDCC's Digi ACT project enhances digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness among vulnerable communities, while the Pathways for Women initiative empowers young mothers through skill-building for economic independence. Additionally, Primavera India's fund enhances educational opportunities and support for marginalized children and communities in Nepal, including operating and expanding community learning centers, offering after-school programs, providing scholarships to underprivileged children, supporting digital literacy and cybersecurity training, vocational training for women, aviation education programs for secondary students, and school renovations aligned with the SDGs.
